Every Monday 21:00–21:30 Norwegian time I send free distance healing to everyone who has signed up – to remove blockages and raise your own frequency. It costs nothing, and it is not binding in any way. Distance is no obstacle – you can join from anywhere in the world.

As a healer I act as a channel for frequencies and send energy into your body, so that your body itself can start a process of healing.
When I give distance healing I enter deep meditation – so there is no live stream. Sit down comfortably or lie down at 21:00 Norwegian time, close your eyes and be open to receiving the energies.
Feel free to listen to the healing music I send you before the healing – once you are signed up.
A tingling, radiant or vibrating sensation – often through the whole body. It may feel warm or cold. Tears may start to flow as traumas dissolve. Many feel a deep calm in the body.
It is also completely normal not to feel anything special – that does not mean the healing is not working. Some begin to feel more over time.
After the healing many become sleepy and relaxed, while some are filled with energy. The healing may also start a cleansing of the body.
Drink plenty of water after healing – and enjoy a quiet evening. You do not need to be ill to want healing; we all need more energy.
Healing does not replace medical care. If you have serious health problems, always contact your doctor.
