"Seven chakras to enlightenment" - a message from my guides and helpers

Within us flows a divine blueprint, three energy channels that shape every single experience:

🌞 The left hemisphere – action, logic and drive

🌙 The right hemisphere – emotions, creativity and intuition

🌈 The central channel – balance, growth and awakening

Seven energy centers illuminate this sacred system:

❤️ Root chakra – Grounding, stability, physical needs, safety, manifestation, a strong pull toward material things

🧡 Sacral chakra – Emotions, relationships, sexuality, self-love and self-respect, creativity, empathy

💛 Solar plexus chakra – Personal power, will, energy, metabolism, effectiveness, confidence, social identity, joy

💚 Heart chakra – Love, understanding, trust, hope, openness, compassion, balance, forgiveness

💙 Throat chakra – Communication, sound, vibration, self-expression, listening, speaking, writing

💜 The third eye – Clairvoyance, channeling, telepathy, astral travel, receiving visions, connection with your higher self

🤍 Crown chakra – Universal consciousness, all-knowing awareness, cosmic connection, the Divine Source, enlightenment, communication with other dimensions

When Kundalini awakens and rises through the central channel, these centers come into alignment

– the nervous system harmonizes, and consciousness expands beyond the physical.

🌿 Your body is not just matter – it is a living instrument for divine energy. When it is in balance, the physical, mental and spiritual merge into one radiant stream of awakened consciousness.

🌿 The three lower chakras represent the lowest state of consciousness, where you identify as the physical body (matter over mind) and the body operates in survival mode. That means you do whatever the body craves. Examples of this are overeating and being hooked on unhealthy food, or an excessive focus on sex

🌿 The three higher chakras represent the higher state of consciousness, where your mind no longer manifests what the lower self desires. The mind has become disciplined and carries out more spiritual practices such as fasting, meditation, astral projection, energy healing, awakening the third eye, and conserving sexual energy to activate kundalini. The soul and the mind have formed a strong connection, and the mind manifests what the soul wishes to do

🌈 Imbalanced chakras

Overuse or misuse of the energy centers will result in imbalanced chakras, which block the flow of energy in the body's electromagnetic field. This leads to a lower frequency, as you draw too much energy out of the field. If, for example, you are oversexual, you are misusing your sacral chakra, which weakens your field.

So it is truly important to work on balancing your chakras, dear friends!
