✨The Road from Hell to Heaven✨

By Merete · September 16, 2026

We all carry these feelings inside us about things that have happened to us, things that have settled in the body… Things we would rather forget and put a lid on…

I've been thinking for a long time that I should write a little about this… hmmm, where do I begin…?

Things that may be part of your past that you no longer want to think about… Perhaps you've spent your time working hard and have achieved success, and people look up to you for it… But every time you sit down and things grow quiet around you, these thoughts you've put a lid on come back… They've only grown with the years and worry you more and more…But you tell yourself that you really don't have time for these thoughts - Not now - I have so many things to do - I really don't have time for this right now - So you put on a film to have something else to think about… Or you head off to work and busy yourself with your latest project, which shifts your thoughts elsewhere… Wonderful, you think, there go those feelings. And you get caught up in something else….
The film takes you completely away from your own feelings and you can relax again… or you become completely absorbed in your project at work and dream about how good it will be when it's finished and you can show the world - what you've accomplished… You work and work until you have to stop because your eyelids grow too heavy… Time to get to bed… You get into bed and lay your head on the pillow… but then those thoughts you've put a lid on come back again… the ones you didn't have time for… You turn on the TV in the bedroom, or an audiobook you can keep in your ear until you fall asleep. Then you can think about something else and relax, you think… maybe you'll even learn something from the audiobook while it hums along in your subconscious until you drift off…
But you don't sleep well… the body doesn't get to relax… the body is stressed… You can't sleep any more… You might as well get up… you put on some coffee… maybe have a cigarette or some chocolate… a glass of cola… and then those thoughts come again… you have a little more coffee… a few more cigarettes… try to go back to bed and close your eyes… but then those thoughts come again… you can't sleep any more…. No… you really don't have time for those thoughts… you decide you might as well get up and start working again in your home office…. You get absorbed in your project and feel good again… even though you really ought to be sleeping. Oh well, I can catch up on that sleep tonight, you think… hmm… it's five o'clock already… maybe you might as well head to the office since you can't sleep anyway. You do it and bury yourself in the work… The workday is over and your friends ask if you want to join them for a party. You go along. That way you don't have to sit alone with these thoughts…

And so you keep undermining these feelings that should have been worked through…. The nervous system runs in high gear. In the end the body becomes so exhausted that it says STOP - and you can't do anything but lie on the sofa - the body no longer works - it won't obey - you have become ILL.

You're put on sick leave… Now you can no longer run away from the feelings - you have to go into what you've long suppressed…
Because the body needs to be in balance - And to be in balance, the energy must flow freely. The nervous system must relax. Thoughts and feelings that haven't been processed settle as blockages in the body. They block the life flow/energy/chi that is meant to flow freely for the body to be healthy and function as it should. Our wheels of life/chakras are meant to spin freely. If they don't, the life flow is shut off.
If we have blockages in the body, the body tries to let us know by sending you triggers that there are things you need to work through so you don't become ill.

It is so terribly important to listen to the body and not simply put a lid on the feelings that rise up… The body wants you to go into these feelings, the traumas… your demons. That is what "hell" is. You don't go to hell after you die if you haven't been good. It is only good to return to the creator. Hell is what you're standing in here while you're incarnated on earth. The awful feelings you should have worked your way through. The ones you've constantly put a lid on. The ones that haunt you. Those are your "hell". They are what make your life difficult when you refuse to go into them and work through them…. They are what have now brought your life to a halt, when you can no longer go to work or be with people because you have become ILL…

The body no longer has a choice - it has to make you ill now so that you'll sort out the imbalances….
But will you listen THIS TIME?

The doctor gives you medicine that's supposed to make things better - that's supposed to make you well again…. But you won't get well again if you don't do the work of moving through the awful feelings that sit in the body and create imbalance in the system. They MUST be processed before the body can become healthy again. The question, then, is - will you do that work in THIS life/in this incarnation? Or will you carry on where you left off with the same problems/challenges in the next incarnation? You won't move on until you have resolved these issues.

You have the opportunity to experience "heaven on earth" - a life that is endlessly good and full of love and everything you could wish for. It is only YOU YOURSELF who puts a stop to it. You have FREE WILL over HOW you want to live your life. Everything is simply your choices. And you can reach infinitely high if you just work on yourself - but we must first go through "hell" to reach "heaven"
There are many people who appear successful, famous and rich… but many of them really aren't. Many of them depend on substances to cover up the feelings they refuse to work with. But sooner or later you have to do that work.
To process the feelings you must be still. Go into the feelings when they come. Let them tear through your body. Feel them… and try to understand why you were given exactly this lesson… what was it you were meant to learn from it… try to understand why it turned out the way it did…

Why those people did this to you, or why you did those things to others…. Why did life send you this lesson? Why have you been given these lessons in this incarnation? What are you meant to learn from it? Because life is not random. Life sends you situations and people who come into your life. They all bring something with them that either you are meant to learn, or that you are meant to help others learn from you. Try not to place the blame on others. Because everything is a trigger to help you move forward with what you need to work through.

Go into the traumas when the body asks you to. When the feelings come… Let the tears come. It is very healing. If you go into these feelings every time your body asks you to, the feelings become much lighter each time. And eventually you can think about what happened without the awful feelings taking over.

We're all chasing success and wealth. But you can't take riches with you to the grave. Life experience, though, we do take with us. Let it be good. Let it make you feel that you have lived a good life in this life. That you have been there for yourself and for others.

The real wealth is finding peace in life - Enjoying life - The small things - the love for yourself, for your fellow human beings, for the animals around us and for nature. Getting out of this hamster wheel we're all running in 🎡
I hope this can give you something to reflect on…
Take care of yourselves, all you wonderful souls - CARPE DIEM ✨💗
